Disney Vanity Plates

Mine say WDW MAGC. But everybody around here thinks I have own a window company and rarely do they "get" it. I tried adding the "Been there, Done that" frame, but the color clashed with the blue color of the car. (Sounds petty, I know, but it really did look awful.) I wish they made more of an assortment of frames to choose from. I'd love to have something in a black with just the Mickey ears sticking up.

That said, when we were in Disney World, the parking attendent put us in a front row spot when everybody else was being sent to the back. When I asked why I was told "Because I like your plates!" So at least that once, somebody got it!

My avitar is a picture of my actual Va license plate. WDWRLD......Walt Disney World. Its on my 03 Ford F-150 Supercrew thats been to the world twice and is now resting up for my trip mid December.

I actually think I've seen your license plate before! It probably stood out to me for two reasons: of course the whole "Walt Disney World" part, and my dad and brother are firefighters too. Do you happen to live in the southeastern part of the state?

I got vanity plates for my care and had three of my four choices as Disney related ones. I don't remember what they were exactly, but my parents (they bought my car) wanted me to get something different as a first choice. So my first choice was "SAC 5286" which is also my AIM screen name. So I still got something that a lot of people put together with me (with the exceptions of a few perverts....SAC is my initials and 5286 is my birthday). I'm glad I got these ones but would still love to have my personalized Disney plates.

I have the "been there, done that, going back" frame too! It was on my Geo  (lol) and is now on my Honda (which currently is waiting for a motor... :( ) I'd love to get personalized plates with something disney but all the good ones are taken. I can't even get mom2boo like I wanted to. (whoever has it I want it damn it :goodnevil :fork: :fork: ) Of course there is always the money issue too. The plate I want (animal friendly plates) are $30 (some money goes to charity I think) plus the $20 standard fee. Me not rich

My dad has the "Been there done that..." frame. I have the "Looking for Prince Charming" one. I really want a vanity plate, but I won't give up my Red Sox plate!!! (It's not a vanity plate, it's a special charity plate here in Mass.)

About a year ago I was driving in Florida and saw a license plate that said "Mickey". A FL plate that said Mickey, I was very surprised to see a young girl driving the car.

I recently had to get a plate of my own (FL resident now) and I bought the Save the Whales. I thought about personalizing it but couldn't afford it. When I got the plate it said WDF5H. Now everyone wants to know what Walt Disney Fish means.

How much $ do you guys pay for a "Vanity Plate" ?? Over here, the world seems to be going crazy and "Personalised Plates" are growing in popularity and prices.
When a Vehicle Registration Mark is assigned to a vehicle on first registration the cost is £250.
Currently it consists of 2 letters (indicating which area of the UK the vehicle is registered in),
two numbers (currently 54) which designate the part of the year in which it was registered - currently Sept 1st up to Feb 28th next year
and finally 3 random letters (excluding Q,I, and Z)
However you can buy plates from the Vehicle Licensing Agency (older, more interesting plates will go to auction) these can cost anything up to £25,000
Other laws prevent the mis-spacing of the letters so that words cannot be formed, use of italic type faces etc etc :snore:

At my house we have four vehicles and each one has a disney plate on it
the first is Jiminey, second Jiminee, third WDW4FUN and fouth a van with DSNI FAN and also a three foot sorcerer mickey airbrushed on the back doors of the van

I got to find one that hasn't been used in FLA yet....

(my tag expires this year.. and i dont want the new tags.....)

(Off note.. i foundout that those covers over the licence plate may actually be illegal in some states due to it blocks what county your from.... Though i believe it is not enforced in FLA)

Yes, I do live the same (general) area. My brother works for the Newport News FD and my dad worked for the fire department at the Naval Weapons Station in Yorktown. But, yeah, I'm almost positive that I've seen your plates before...cool!

Two years ago for Christmas I got my twin sister an eeyore plate. I wasn't able to get eeyore, but eyore gets the point across! It looks adorable on her dark blue VW Beetle! :animwink:

I just bought a 2005 Corolla today :sohappy: and I plan on ordering a vanity plate for my new toy. I am going to try to get tigger24 on it. Tigger (obvious reasons) and 24 because of my favorite race car driver. That way I can associate my 2 favorite things. I saw one in TN over the weekend while on a trip to NC from Ohio that said Pooh 66. It made me think about getting tigger68, but it's probably taken. We'll just have to see what I can get.

That's funny because I just bought a 2005 Corolla two weeks ago! It's my first new car so I'm super excited!! My Disney plates are still attached to my old car, which my mom is using, so I'm trying to think of something new to put on this one...Hopefully I'll think of something good soon (and I have my fingers crossed that it won't be taken by someone else in my state already!)
