That's funny because I just bought a 2005 Corolla two weeks ago! It's my first new car so I'm super excited!! My Disney plates are still attached to my old car, which my mom is using, so I'm trying to think of something new to put on this one...Hopefully I'll think of something good soon (and I have my fingers crossed that it won't be taken by someone else in my state already!)

Really? Congrats on your new car! I'm loving mine. I've had it for 5 days and still get all excited to drive it. I'm looking for a Yoda action figure so I can have a toy Yoda for my toyota :lookaroun (I know it's kinda cheesy, but my mom suggested it joking and I think it's cute). It's my first brand new car too. My last car was a 1998 Contour that I bought in 2001 with 54,000 miles, so it wasn't exactly new. Before that I drove my parents old 1990 Sable with like 200,000 miles on it. I'm not used to seeing such low miles on the odometer.

I checked with the DMV's website for Kentucky and I can only get a maximum of 6 characters on a vanity plate. So, it'll be either tggr68 or tggr24. Both are currently available, so I'll have to decide before I order it (and hope that no one takes them). I'm now leaning towards tggr68, though.

I tried for PIXYDUST last year and it was taken. My tag is up again this month, so I am going to try again. This is for my Pilot (the WDW trip vehicle). However, I just got a new VW convertible in mellow yellow, and am trying to decide whether I want vanity plates for it or not. (I justified the additional purchase because of the MPG.) Right now I am most interested in the PIXYDUST tag though.

On the UK tags - my father in law has purchased several cars from across the pond and has them shipped over. He made quite a bit on a very old tag because from what we understand, the tag can still be used? And because of its age it is very valuable. Is that true? He is really into Railtons...

I’ve had my MMouse plate since 1977. I believe it costs me $40 a year. Back then it was probably $10. I was offered $2K for it last year. Once it’s gone it’s gone, so I’m keeping it.

Just moved down from NH and for 5+ years I had "FNTASMC" and was lucky enough to get it down here. Everyone has that certain piece of "magic" that they call their own and "Fantasmic was always mine! Now I only hope I get to see the show again!!! In addition to the plate, I put it on a sorcerer blue (give or take a shade), Chevy pick up.
