Thank you for that right!

1. Freedom of speech only pertains to the government. If my son gives me lip, his freedom of speech flies out the window.

2. If your lawyer hasn't told you to be quiet about the case, he/she should have. Anything you say can be used against you in court.

I understand your desire to defend yourself, but I really think that you should stop going on the net to do so, and should save it for the courtroom. Sometimes, it's better to just ignore the gossip.

Unfortunately, when you engage in battle against an American icon, you need to grow a thick skin, as people will have strong opinions for and against you, regardless of the truth.

Great advice, and I agree with both points. Finding favor with a judge and jury matters a lot more than finding it with anybody on this board (myself included).
