Disney Stuff you like that's NOT represented in the parks?

One Little Spark...
There was a proposal to add a black hole (the thing, not the film) projection to the roof interior at the top of the main lifts. It was axed in the refurb butchering.
That would have been interesting...though, outside of childhood memories, I don't have much detailed knowledge of the ride itself as I've always had my hands forward around the kids head....next trip I shouldn't have to do that...she is 9 going on 10 now...but when she was younger, I was paranoid about whiplash (she has never done the ride not sitting in the very front seat)...

Yeah, now that I think about, it IS weird that Wall-E isn't featured more, because it's often considered as one of Pixar's absolute best movies. A Bug's Life is considered (unfairly, in my opinion) as one of the weakest, and that gets more attention. The Cars films are pretty weak, too, but that made a metric butt-ton of money merchandising wise.

Up? (It's at Disneyland, but not so much at WDW...a meet and greet at AK is all I can think of offhand)

I'd love to see Captain Nemo and the nautilus once again be represented somewhere on property.
Take out that other Nemo and stick the captain in the LS?

YES please!

I really miss the Subs at WDW. Loved that Attraction.

It would be absolutely amazing if The Seas over at EPCOT was given a 20K re-theme.
Personally i think it would better fit with what was the original theme there ( futuristic exploration facility ).
A 20K theming would also address the issue of bringing the Pavilion a more cohesive feel, more in line with what EPCOT*s philosophy is supposed to be about.

Can you imagine a Living Seas without cartoon fish...and instead a Verne-ish, 20K-ish environment instead..?
Keep the interior core leftover from the Seabase, remove the Nemo references, and replace with some of those fabulous Harper Goff inspired set pieces from the film.
Now you have a fresh new look, a stylized futuristic feel, and a added appeal to those paying attention.
You also succeed in providing a atmosphere that stresses the very act of exploration, and learning about the sea and it*s creatures by just the theming enhancement.

Of course some would argue that the Pixar Nemo overlay accomplished that already ( encouraging exploration of the sea ).
I would say yes in some aspects, but design-wise the overlay clashes with the beauty of Tim Delaney*s original SeaBase environment. You can see the visual clash of the two styles.
Bringing a 20K theme into the building would improve that in my opinion, particularly in the main viewing complex ( ex-SeaBase area ).

I mean, let*s be serious now:
Who would YOU rather explore the depths of the ocean with ?

Gurgi had a counter-service restaurant that lasted until the very early 90s, if I recall correctly. Don't know if that counts as "featuring the characters".

Yep...it was located in Fantasyland and called *Gurgi*s Munchies and Crunchies*
It had some neat interior decorating, themed to *The Black Cauldron* and it*s characters.
Most of them appeared on the walls as painted images.

The special item i remember being sold there was a boxed meal for kids, similar to a McDonald*s *Happy Meal*
I still have a box i saved, as it was a nice thick cardstock creation with attractive full color graphics all around featuring Disney Characters having a picnic.

Stuff i would like to see..?

Well, Roger Rabbit back at DHS for a start.
His presence there is sorely missed, and his character perfectly fits the time period setting and overall theme of that Park.
Amblin & Disney need to hurry up and settle their issues and bring him back to WDW.

Tron/Tron Legacy is woefully ignored at WDW.
Okay, okay...i know we now have *Tron Track* ( aka updated *Test Track* ) and EPCOT was originally slated to get a Tron themed arcade, but i am talking about something more cohesive.
The design style of the films needs to be realized in a Park environment somewhere.
Dance parties do not count...TDO!

I love The Wuzzles. A wonderful animated series and a unique set of colorful characters.
Always thought Disney should re-introduce them as kids today would love them just as much as the generations before them.
There is nothing to *date* these characters, and they still have a lot of appeal.
I suspect the co-creative agreement between Disney and Hasbro toys had a lot to do with their unfortunate demise.

For DL, i so wanted to see *Atlantis* overlayed on their Subs instead of Pixar*s *Nemo*.
Oh well.....majority ( and Marketing/Merchansing departments ) won out in that case.

This is really what I was considering, retain the "serious" nature of the pavilion and it's message while at the same time instilling a sense of adventure, discovery and science with a not so heavy handed dose of fantasy. A scale walk through of the Nautilus perhaps. I'd much rather see a depiction of that iconic sub plastered on the exterior other than the cartoon fest there now.

Brother Bear (could easily be fit into AK or at least Adventureland as a nod)
The Fox and the Hound (another childhood favorite, could fit into the Splash Mountain area of Frontierland?)

Brother Bear for a while was incorporated the theme of the Redwood Challenge Trail in DCA -- they later changed it to The Wilderness Explorers (from Up).

Both of the above titles would fit into a "Critter Country" type land that I've proposed for DAK. Have a land dedicated to various characters of various IPs, sort of an animal Fantasyland.

And to this day I don't understand why Aladdin doesn't have anything better than a spinner. The Genie alone deserves special treatment.

Not in Florida but isn't there a show in Adventureland in California?I remember there being one in '99. I didn't want to see it because at the time I hated Aladdin (I wanted to go on the Indy ride again). It was in or near the Tiki Room?

OMG Iloved the Fluppy Dogs when I was a kid. My mom recorded that movie when it aired on a Disney Channel free preview (yeah, once upon a time Disney was a premium channel) and I watched it SO many times. (here it is on youtube -->

Just wait until Universal's exclusive contract with KUKA for their tracked ride systems ends.

Then we will get an Aladdin adventure that will be one thousand times better than Harry Potter. Escape the Cave of Wonders! Fly through the streets of Agrabah! Confront a giant animatronic Cobra-Jafar!
