A simple press release stating the problem, the resolution, and any changes necessitated to prevent this from happening again would build a lot of confidence in the system and show transparency. So of course that won't happen.

Yes, riders of the gondolas can get fight insurance off their MB for a nominal charge. Will cover them for the day

Is this insurance that you will have a fight or see a fight? I thought that only happened at DL. Aw well I can't wait to take a Flight with out my fight insurance.
