I've read that several members have monorail noises and other sound effects as ring and message tones. Where do you get them? How do I get them on my iPhone 3GS? I can't ever get saved audio as a message tone.

When you find ringtones, look for the .m4r file-type. Those will work with our iPhone.
Save the file to a directory on your computer [I have one called ringtones - imaginative or what?]. Then, open iTunes and click on the ringtones tab on the left panel. While in that tab, click File > Add file to library [or add folder to library] and the next time you sync, the ringtones will be available on yoir phone. :king:

Don't use the send to your phone function, download the files to your computer [it's safer not to give them your cell number].
