Individuals should be able to make decisions, no matter how ill-equipped they may be to make those decisions? You can't be serious. I know I wouldn't want my child in the care of someone "your words" "ill-equipped" to make thosne decisions.
Part of the problem here is our hyper-sensitive society in which we now live. There should be age, height, health restrictions on rides. That shows that the management/staff of any business not only cares about the safety of their guests, but offers risk information concerning specific rides/conditions. People have got to get over this being offended thing in our country. Get over yourselves people. If you don't like being informed about the risks of certain activities, then don't do them. Or don't patronize the establishments that offer these warnings.
Funny I've never heard anyone argue that cigarette companies shouldn't put warnings on their cartons, because if offends them.
