Its something ive rarely seen mentioned here. Is it because its pants? well thats what i thought of it, a dumping ground for the disaffected youth of today. I shant be rushing back unless any one cares to point out the error of my ways.

Personally, I liked DisneyQuest and I plan to spend more time there when I go down in 2 weeks. It's a different experience...which makes it pretty cool...

I would have to agree! I found it be noisy and crowded! My son was mostly interested in the games that cost extra, (of course!) so it cost a lot on top of the admission price. If I had a choice between going back and a root canal....helloooo Dr Tooth! ;)

We had one here in Chicago (short-lived) and that's the only reason I never tried the WDW one. It is a lot of fun, but when I'm at The World I want to do the regular stuff. I guess I would say it is a good place to go if you have extra time. My boss takes his kids there on nights when the parks close early.

Disney Quest is a place to for the crazy teen of FL

It gets crowded at night....and its extreamly expensive if the admission isn't included in your passes!!

Its such a rip off....save your money!!!

Yep...it still sits there.... gutted, and all the mouse logos are gone now....nice building, I can see it from my office. Rumor was that CBS 2 Chicago, NR 780, B96..etc... were going to take it over and do a build out with the existing building...and turn it into a state of the art broadcast facility...I don’t think that is going to happen though...the "For lease" signs are still up.

I only went to the one in Chicago, and it was nothing but a giant arcade, and the "rides" were just video games with moving seats. Definately NOT what you'd expect from Disney, and I found it pretty boring. Its something to do if it rains, I guess. I did think that the inside of the building was amazingly done, though. The higher you got, the walkways started to turn into balconys connected by catwalks.

If you want rides "video games" that have seats that move...well right next door is ESPN Zone... on the second floor they have plenty of them.... they (DQ and Zone) conflicted with each other I think...just..one had cheese cake... and the zone has beer...lol

Pants, a translation: pants refers to underpants (shorts, shreddies, kecks) , used to describe something that is not good but not so bad as to be classed as keech (excretia).
Its origins are unknown, a bit like my pants in fact.

Is it just me, or is it hard to find the exit in that place. I think they make it hard to leave on purpose. I would only go if the admission is included with your pass.

Isn't "It's pants" the same as "it's whomps"?

Anyways, DQ is really great! The experience starts from the elevator, and it extends throughout the floors. The VR games are way cool, and so are the sims. But to me the best thing in there is that you pay admission and you can play with everything as much as you want! They have new arcades as well as classic games such as Asteroids and Elevator Action! :sohappy: I couldn't believe it when I saw Elevator Action there!! True, it's only recommended if you like arcades, but I guess everyone should visit at least once for the sake of the VR games. Aladdin and Ride the Comix are really cool, and I can't wait to see Pirates! :D
