It’s become very clear that he and the board hold a very deliberate role…and it’s not to provide practical stewardship.

I always feared things would go this way and we’ve crossed zero barrier…

It’s ALL on Iger. His legacy is degrading by the day.

You did this Bob…you didn’t learn the lessons of your own history and ran like a coward.

Have fun writing another 100 page book
Too late to change the die is set. Sit back and watch the carnage to what we used to care about

The reason your company can't find experience is the companies that can are paying those prices. That means it's probably time for you to find those companies.
…that wasn’t what I meant. We’d like to have it…but don’t need it.

Rat race company pursuit is EXACTLY what people want to avoid. Free wisdom

Just saying that it is a huge hurdle

I think that is part of the issue for many. They should not sound wrong because they are homophones. If people say the words differently to the ears they are said to be doing it wrong.
The noun "affect" is pronounced differently from the verb, with stress on the first syllable. It's a pretty specialised term, though, and not much used in general contexts.

Warner Bros doing same thing, another entertainment giant - hiring freeze , limit spending , laying off staff. No surprise after recent executive retreat at WDW with Chapek and TWDC execs and now this news . The retreat wasn't just to tour WDW . Yes that's somewhat accurate in real world corporate , effectively manage , streamline and hit performance targets and get handsomely rewarded in year end bonuses.
The elimination of massive bonus's replaced by real worth bonus's would probably have met the targets without layoffs. The way they are doing it is like taking the engine out of a car to save on gas usage. You save money but get nowhere.
