It's an obviously BS myth even if you don't put much thought into why it's BS. For example, Disney can't use Marvel in any of the WDW theme parks. But it's not going to be suddenly ok legally if they built an Iron Man ride, meet and greet or whatever anyways and thought they could get away with it by simply hiding it slightly behind another structure. That's not how things work. And nor it it going to be a requirement for Universal Studios to start hiding their own Marvel attractions just because Disney owns Marvel.

While a ridiculous bump, I must say it is surprising to see that the original post is rather accurate. The name change did not happen until 2007 and the BAH did become the park icon.

And why not? They own LucasFilm now, so they can feel free to fully exploit Lucas property, without worrying about any "further legal entanglements..." (Emperial entanglements)
