What are the 9 that we want to consider as new? There are currently 12 new attractions coming to WDW. While a couple are replacements and one basically a reopening, most are a net gain on attraction capacity.

All 12 are new. 8 of them are capacity increasesWhat are the 9 that we want to consider as new?
Looking forward to the 8 that increase capacity whatever they are.All 12 are new. 8 of them are capacity increases
Nothing is ever set in stone until it actually opens. But currently there is no reason to doubt any of them. How many of those 8 are actually set-in-stone absolutely happening?
Excellent point. How many of those 8 are actually set-in-stone absolutely happening?
Please see Epcot for reference of planned vs reality.Excellent point.
We never know what we will end up with till after the "successful expansion" of WDW is completed, many, many years from now after all the cuts, cancellations, changes are made.
Yeah, there could be another pandemic! Please see Epcot for reference of planned vs reality.![]()
attractions cost money to build and maintain DVC cost nothing and make money year after year and money is all Disney is interested inTotally agree, but by adding this resort they can falsely say they “added capacity” to the WDW resort, as in more rooms, not in attractions (the only thing that counts in my mind)
Really people work for free when they are building DVC facilities? Companies just give Disney all the materials for constructing DVC building, but charge them when they are using materials for attractions? People work at and maintain DVC facilities for free, but not for attractions?attractions cost money to build and maintain DVC cost nothing and make money year after year and money is all Disney is interested in
Let's hope not.Yeah, there could be another pandemic!

Someone probably already posted about this, but I head this resort may get a lazy river?
That's a prominent rumor (with some evidence, I believe) - and one thing I would genuinely be excited about in a new project like this. Honestly, if this had more of a personality/perspective and wasn't directly in the Wilderness Lodge lake view, I think it would be a very nice project. Perhaps unnecessary right now - but nice.
Those DVCers are luckyA lazy river. And an interactive water play area. Plus a pool with a water slide and also a feature pool. And a lakeside table service restaurant, new boat dock, cabins along the lake and treehouses. If certain posters and rumors are to be believed.
You think the cash rooms will be excluded from the main pool area for the entire resort? Those DVCers are lucky![]()
It costs as much as building any other resort. They only get the money back when they sell enough contracts.attractions cost money to build and maintain DVC cost nothing and make money year after year and money is all Disney is interested in
