We have the bird show, but dont think there will be much beyond that given animal shows are typically frowned upon by many.

From the videos I've seen, watching the janitors pick up trash is more impressive than this.
Someone stick a fork in this show, it's done. Bring out the dancing girls already.

They could create some type of percussion drumming show along with some visual things

After seeing this video I can’t believe it hadn’t been cancelled yet. It looks like a parody from the Simpsons. The only thing missing is a burst of flames as they crash. Is anyone taking bets as to how long it’s going to take?

Exactly. It's a wonder how anyone who is making decisions at Walt Disney world. Sat down, watched this show, and said, WOW, I think people will love this. It might just be the most amateur thing I've seen from Disney.
If they are unable to change the landing style or execute the landing out of guest view, why not re-theme the show to fit the crash wipeouts story-wise?
"Disney's Wild Demises" show. Themed to the disastrous and sudden deaths of beloved Disney characters of the wild.

-Bambi's Mother
-Kerchak from Tarzan
-Ray from PaTF
-Coral from Finding Nemo
Change the music up a bit, so that it's jolly as the character does its flight across the water, but then sudden shock and awe sound effects as they crash. Maybe include the famous Goofy yell/scream heard in many of the cartoon shorts.
This would make the show and the crash landings far less awkward and have some connection to actual story.

That show is so much more then dancing. Arealists, fire (and I mean a metric ton amount of fire) dancing and some magic. The show is can’t miss.

We found this to be…amusing…today. It wasn’t a fail like DE for us. They promised kites would be flown. They indeed were. And if you’ve ever flown a kite, it is imperfect. They crash down sometimes. During a key moment, Baloo, who had been laying down waiting to shine, took off gracefully from his perch and gleefully slammed into a building, then a tree, and finally plummeted into the swampy water. The crowd gasped and then proceeded to heartily laugh a Papa Bear’s demise as the announcer (they have failure announcements) came on to explain that he decided to take a bath. It was not a show we will soon forget even if it is unlikely to last long.
Kudos to the puppeteer/flyers and jet ski drivers, though. They really give it their all and this is clearly VERY challenging work. They were working their butts off. At least they went all-in on this as opposed to the garbage on Cinderella Castle every night at 8.
