I sent DCL a message explaining my situation (13 year old boy with 15 and 17 year old brothers wanting to get into Vibe), and this is what I received:

That's interesting! That is not the response most people have gotten in the last week or two. The other responses have been along the lines of "we're very sorry but there are no exceptions."

Good news, someone just got off the Magic and their 13.5 year old was allowed in Vibe. They had to sign a release and agree that he wouldn't be able to change his mind and move down.

Yeah, when we went in September and Brian moved up we had to sign a release for him and he couldn't change his mind. I'm thinking that was before the incident so may e that was standard practice. I'm guessing a return to that is good news. Thanks for the info, Tammy. :wave:

I agree. It's a good sign that they are going to try to keep some flexibility.
