Oh no! Fans are outraged we are going to close Muppets. What can we do?
Well we need to get rid of Aerosmith, why don’t we shove them in there and make up a story so it appears like it fits…that’ll shut them up while we destroy Rivers of America

Hmm. Maybe a different music track played each time. I seem to recall that being done somewhere else. I can't put my finger on it.
I doubt the new ride will be like RnR ( aka the vomit comet ).Muppets have always screamed aggressive thrill ride. It just made sense. Right?
What are we doing. Does Disney even know what they are doing anymore? The trend of questionable decisions over the last 5 years or so have been mind boggling at times

No. You're thinking it would expand INWARD into the park. Nope. It's the other way around. The Monsters, Inc. ride expands OUTWARD into the current parking lot behind.

Oh and ignore the massive, mostly empty, and redundant Launch Bay building. We can't remove that because we need Star Wars marketing in three different areas of the park.

RNRC is a big thrill ride that guests will ride no matter what the theme. I don’t think Aerosmith was ever the reason people got in line.

You expect them to demo and rebuild the track?
If they replace the only upside down coaster they have for a family attraction that will start more chaos

Not necessarily. It looks like they are creating a dividing line along the muppets side of the street for where the no land starts which lets them leave the other side as is. That side of the land also seems to have been designed to somewhat blend in with Grand Ave

Seems very thoughtless and desperate. Like they physically have no vision or idea of what to do, so they'll throw a bone hoping it'll be good enough, while further turning the parks into "the weird drawer you have in your kitchen filled with random cables you won't throw out."

I think it's going to be a re-theme. Much easier to do than change up the track layout.

Let’s be honest here, most of us are mainly upset over this because of the loss of Pizzarizzo
