You obviously did not read the post by @wdisney9000. There are no complaints that the Frozen attraction is replacing something.

Again, nobody is complaining that the new ride is not an E-Ticket.

The new attraction is worse than Maelstrom because it is disconnected from theme.
Frozen is getting its own land, and it is a completely break from its theme.

Maelstrom wasn't unpopular if you're comparing it to Gran Fiesta Tour and the current incarnation of FIgment, but I wouldn't venture to call it popular or a great success by any stretch. Jaws wasn't unpopular either? But if you can easily make it better, why not do it?

Realistic trolls because they came from Norway. It wasn't supposed to be a whole class, just a little ride. A ride about a movie set in a fictional land, in a pavilion about a fictional land has NOTHING to do with Norwegian culture. Landscapes are not culture.

I do not think the intent of the post was to say that young people have no interest in learning, but they do not learn the same. This is very clear, we are seeing this in education every day. Unfortunately, we as a society are holding on to an antiquated education system based on a different world, like some would like us to hold on to an Epcot whose vision was very noble but has not changed really with time. A park dedicated to a city or world of tomorrow cannot keep up with tomorrow so yes maybe a vision change is needed.

What does that matter? Even if we go along with your logic and say that Off Kilter was a bad representation of Canada that isn't a free pass to screw up another pavilion. That just means that there are two more Epcot pavilions that do a poor job representing their countries.

Also we're talking about cultural representations. Nationality is irrelevant. If one spent enough time learning and researching X cultural activity, they could accurately portray that cultural activity.
