Kermit and Piggy used to stroll around DHS ( when it was MGM still..) in the 90's as full sized characters. There was also a neat live action stage show too full of lots of Muppet characters full-size.

They are. Alice and Hatter are at 1900 Park Fare breakfast at the GF. And Alice is at the Teacups at the MK and also in the UK at Epcot (I heard the Hatter was pulled from the Teacups, but not positive about that).

I would love to meet the characters from some of the newer films- Up, Bolt and Meet the Robinsons. Hopefully I will be able to track them down next month.
The last few times I was there, I looked all over for some of my favorites and was unable to find them- mainly Jessie and Snow White. I'm hoping with the new Pixar Place and Snow White's wishing well that I will have more luck next time!
I also think it would be really cool to meet the Stepmother and Stepsisters. I'm hoping they're out at the Halloween Party.
And finally, when I was younger I met Roger Rabbit once- I wish he was still out and about!

Unfortunately the Bolt and MTR characters no longer are out meeting. The UP characters are currently in Animation though (so they are available).
Jessie also is pretty rare (as of now, she is only out for special events, like MNSSHP and MVMCP). But Snow White can be found in Germany at Epcot. And the Tremaines can be found in Fantasyland, where Belle does her storytime.

Ridiculously Rare (9) These characters are as rare as it gets! Some hardly ever get out, and some haven't been out in years. But you never know - things can change!

I guess I'm mistaken, but I do remember seeing a group of people gathering around the the Sword in the Stone and seeing a little guy pulling it up a little.
Back to the characters, I'd also like to see Mr. Toad. I don't think that characters should come out during special events. I understand some characters aren't as popular as others, but perhaps with some exposure and regular visits they may gain in popularity. If their popularity gains, just more for Disney to sell and market

Heehee. UNder Rare I have spotted the Queen of Hearts in Hollywood Studios [along with the tweedles] but my mom messed up the digital camera and thought she took a picture with me with them but it turns out it was on the wrong setting. She was VIEWING pictures instead of taking them :brick:

I feel like a horrible fan right now. Growing up we always called the Queen from Snow White the "Evil Queen". I've never heard her referred to as the "Snow Queen".
(*cut to me - mortified* she has always been a fav of mine.) I have been schooled today.

I remember seeing the Old Hag from Snow White doing meet and greets back in like the 90s, and I haven't seen her since! I think she should be in Villains mix and mingle rather than the actual Queen. She is more frightening and represents Halloween better!

But the child of the 80s in me would love to see the Disney Afternoon characters again. Mainly Gadget from Rescue Rangers. The first crushes die the hardest after all

I would like to see more villans.
I would aslo like to add to the discussion:
Mad Hatter has been pulled from magic kingdom. The White Rabbit took his place.
Only the fab 5 meet around the Sorcerer's hat now. All the others were pulled.
Jane from Tarzan has been meeting alot in Englad.
I have only seen Meg in fantasmic.

Though this will NEVER happen in a million years, I've always wanted to see John (the father/main character/narrator) from Carousel of Progress accompanied by Rover roaming the parks. A girl can dream, can't she?
