Its funny to cause everyone was cheering on the ceremony as if it was the greatest thing oin the world...also hearing a lot of college program kids loving kt..I donno maybe its just that im older now and these things just appeal to the younguns

Pretty weak event, not that "15" is much of a milestone or there's much of anything to celebrate. Honestly I find it kind of sad how many people salivate over any "rare" merchandise Disney puts out, which is really all this event was about.

I know it wasn't much off a event from what I saw online and I really would have loved to have gone... I guess I'm one of the few that actual goes to celebrates the anniversary more then celebrate new limited edition merchandise. Yet, I totally dig the 15th shirt.

I can't either. I walked by the line and laughed to myself on my way to ride Everest. I was only there for 2 hours, but it didn't even feel like an anniversary to me. I got my guide maps rode EE and Dinosaur and got out of there.

EE looked pretty good for what it is. All waterfalls were on and the steam was working at the load station.
That sounds pretty similar to my experience, though I skipped EE and took in the Safari, Jungle Trek and Forest Trail. The only things that really stood out to me today was the merchandise line which was still hilariously long at noon and the Animal Kingdom equivalent of Kidcot Fun Stops set up around the park. I think I made it closer to three hours before I went off to EPCOT.

"And now ladies and gentleman please welcome the cast of Flights of Wonder!"

Enter Festival of Lion King cast, embarrassed that the suits can't tell the shows apart.

She was so embarrassed she seemed to forget the entire melody to Circle of Life and didn't get a single note right. I'm all for putting your own spin on classic songs, but c'mon already. This ain't Idol - that's at HS. Sing it right - please.

I did not care for the merch. I don't know who's designing this stuff, but... something's gotta change.
Probably the same person who thought those Fantasyland shirts were good. I think they started burning those after they failed miserably at the outlets.... and if you want, there's probably a few left at Cast Connection.

Are you referring to those Mary Blair inspired shirts?
