I knew this wouldn't do well, and I'm glad!
But aren't only Casey's and Starbucks open during the event? Do the DVC members still get free soda and ice cream?

I heard Disney is experimenting with low-projectile fireworks, so you won't be able to see them for free from outside the park. With these Imagineers the sky is the limit.
Also the pay toilet project will be rolling out soon.
. I just found $1.49 under my couch cushions I can donate, lol.
Oh joy look forward too seeing how awesome and magical this event was on twitterLooks like they invited the usual trough suckers too
I heard that 1000 were sold
Although I am a DVC member many times over and I love free swag, this is a slap in the face to those who actually paid the premium to attend. Those few hundred people(however many it actually was) should have had the MK all to themselves. After all, they paid dearly for it. I still don't see Disney giving up on it just yet. They will say not enough people new about it blah blah blah. They will throw more money at marketing the event rather than use the money for something actually needed.
Roommate is there tonight as a DVC member and brought his family. Still too early for news.curious to hear comments from anyone who went... how crowded/empty did the park feel? What were lines like? Any comparisons to the other hard ticket evenings?
Wow that's quite a sell. Special, enchanting, delightful? Looks like they're only missing "magical", although I'm sure I missed it.They are also sending out this email I just got today. It's trying to get me to buy a ticket. Making this rip off sound like its the greatest thing since sliced bread.
