Good Morning. I certainly apologize for any concerns you may have about Disney After Hours Boo Bash event. This is event is still limited and I'm sure you will have a great opportunity to enjoy everything that will be offered throughout the evening. Please know that we appreciate your feedback and I will be sure to share it with the appropriate Leadership team. -Betty

I'm guessing the agent meant their self-imposed COVID restrictions. Back when DAH was planned, there were county and self-imposed pandemic restrictions which WDW didn't know how long would last. Just 2 months ago, they were expecting masks in place until the end of the year (or, at least, the fiscal year on Sep 30). WDW now knows there will be no restrictions and enough CPs to run at full capacity... whatever that may mean for DAH or the day.

Yes, it is of course up to Disney if they want to crank up capacity, but they should not try to attribute that to false claims of the state relaxing regulations.
