Yes
"Shanghai" by Phil is a big problem for Disney. Repatriation of any profits will be problematic as the factory base in China is in a tailspin so what can they get in lieu of product ? The yuan ?

Bob - if the goal is leveling the playing field in the uniform application of the law or government oversight of special districts needs to occur or be applied to all special districts.

Q: What's up with Shanghai?

What's up with your FL fight?

A: Christine: -- things bouncing back. Doing well with attendance and per-cap. New rides/land expected to tweak crowds.

A: Bob: -- WRT FL... our suit makes it clear: this was all about retaliation for free speech. And accusations of special deals...
We're one of 2000 special districts, and we bring so much income and gain to FL. So "the goal of even playing field" is false. And it's false we get "tax breaks". It's just retaliation.

"There was no concerted effort to do anything to dismantle what was once called Reedy Creek until we spoke out in the legislation. So, this is plainly a matter of retaliation while the rest of the Florida special districts continue operating basically as they were."

B: What's up with streaming?

A: Bob: When we launched 3.5 years ago. And now growing it, we realize some content wasn't helping with the growth. So, we're going to cut down on the flood of content and stick with higher quality content.

All that content had so much extra cost in advertising. So, we're focusing only on programming that produces and maintains subs.

A: Christine: In the $3B savings, so far 30% of that was in sports rights.
