I haven't been on Indiana which I can imagine is great. The show at wdw is great. so my vote went to dinosaur which my favorite ride.

It's not even a fair comparison. Indy is better than Dinosaur before you even get to the ride with the elaborate queue and the story itself is phenomenal. The deep gorge you encounter when you enter the belly of the attraction hasn't been captured by any other ride that I've experienced.

Indy has a great soundtrack to go along with the ride. Dinosaur attempts to make up for a lackluster soundtrack by simply turning up the volume.

For me, Dinosaur is an attraction that I must do once when I'm in Florida. Indy is something I must do twice a day when I'm in California.

I don't think it's fair for you folks to vote who haven't ridden both rides. If you're WDW'ers, you truly have no idea what you're missing. Indy is way better. I rode Dino first and still enjoy it as a ride, but comparing it to its predecessor...it fails. Indy has the awesome soundtrack, the huge temple, fire effects, animatronics, wind effects, the big boulder...and just so much to immerse you in the experience.

Indy is my favorite Disney ride anywhere.

Indy is so much better. I love the Indy movies and could care less about dinosaurs so that might have something to do with it. Indy's queue is just well themed and the story is more immersive.

Agree with you...people who have only ridden one shouldn't vote.

I agree I do dinosaur once or twice a trip. Dinosaur does have an excellent nice queue though. Not as good as other rides, but it ain't a six flags queue.

Mainly I just don't know why they didn't do more with the 'Dinosaur' theme... Dinoland is horrendous... it makes me sad for the possibilities every time I visit!

I can enjoy both rides but Indy just feels so grand in scale by comparison. The open room/volcano/temple? scene where you cross over the rickety bridge blew me away the first time. No other attraction puts me in another world or a scene "out of a movie" like Indy does. My only beef is that it's in a Magic Kindgom style park. I'm not a fan of non-Disney/Lucas franchises being there. That goes for Star Tours too. Plus Indy breaks down...a lot.

Indy completely! I just rode it for the first time in May. It was great! Much more themeing and the lighting was better. You could actually see what was going on.

For Dino, It just seems a tad dark for me.

Dinosaur is way too dark. You pretty much only see the dinosaurs and blackness. I remember it being a lot cooler when I rode it pre-2000. I've never been on Indy, but it seems like the concept is a lot better.
