Does anyone know why the glass shattering noise at the end of the first time travel tunnel and the booming sound effect when you return to present day were removed?

As said, it tied into visuals that no longer happen.

Has anyone commentated on the red “explosions” in the rockwork during the meteor dodge?

I think I heard the glass shattering in the POV that @EagleScout610 posted...I could be wrong though.
