I just helped a co-worker make a dining reservation for February and the online system accepted the reservation without requesting credit card information. Has the policy changed (again) or was this just a random glitch?

reservation related

My questions is somewhat related to the same topic. When I try to make a reservation for a dinner show, HDD or Aloha, they want prepayment but what if you are on the DPlan? :slurp:
Thanks to all

Give then your reservation number and they will be able to reserve it with just a credit card guarantee (no charge). You will be charged the full price of the show if you are a no show or do not cancel in time.

Well I was charged for Cindy's Royal table, O'hana CBreakfast and Mickey's Backyard BBQ. I told them I have the Deluxe Dining Plan and they said "we understand, BUT we now charge your credit card and when you arrive for your reservation, just state that you have the dining plan and your credit card will be refunded the amount charged. As long as you have the credits left on the dining plan, your charge card will be refunded." I didn't know if I like the way they do this now, but I TOTALLY understand why they're doing this. I hope this will stop people from making reservations and not showing up.
