Honest question, why do they go during the day? Why not go before/after park hours to be less obvious.

This.Track extension may be part of this, but it's not the entire thing. There has to be more Pixar content coming.
Cause big wigs like sleep and working normal hours as much as the rest of us? And aside from the people on the forums no one has a clue who they are or the significance.Honest question, why do they go during the day? Why not go before/after park hours to be less obvious.
Because of their flight plans. (Seriously, look at United and Delta's flight schedules)Honest question, why do they go during the day? Why not go before/after park hours to be less obvious.
Yes.Do you mean the current two tracks will be FP+ only with the 3rd track being for Standby?
Fitzgerald is there and Trowbridge is not. It's not Star Wars related.Only conjecture, but, why couldn't the entire brain trust be tapped for Star Wars? It would be an insult to John Lassiter if Disney felt his creative genius was only suited to 'Toy Story' concepts.
Why not Big Hero 6, or a Wall-E concept that would dove tail perfectly with Star Wars Land?

That makes sense and is what had been expected in the 3rd track thread. I suspect there will be some way to send Standby over to the original two tracks much in the same way Space Mountain is set up.Yes.

So what was all the ironwork in 2007 for?
Well, I appreciate the sentiment, but please, I'm no more an insider than the rest of you. I just have a good ability to link things together. If you research things and talk to people, everyone gives you a breadcrumb here and there. Once you get some breadcrumbs together, you can tell what type of bread is being used, and sometimes you can even figure out the whole sandwich. As far as when I fall silent... well, I just have no desire to be on here continually. I only post when I have something that I can share that I know will happen, and even then, I have to be absolutely sure. I'm not one to speculate on things (and on the rare occasion when I do, I am always sure to clarify.)Thanks though, for providing the info that you have. I have found you to be a very unheralded insider on this sight. I have been looking for posts from you ever since some of the posts you made regarding the changes coming to the hub, but you seem to have fell silent of late (at least on this part of the forum).
I always enjoy when you chime in as your information has proven reliable in the past.
Well, actually I'm not sure there will be much room left over in the new building. You have to remember there needs to be room for the maintenance facility and loading areas, a new queue extension, a new exit, maybe a gift shop, and if they want to, maybe even an additional ADA Loading Area. There's not much room left over to play around with.Serious thought: If they are truly only putting in one track, that won't require all of the SS1 building. It's conceivable that they could put TSMM in the "back" and use the front part of the building for a smallish attraction -- say, a Monsters Inc M&G? (which would thus fit the theme)
I didn't notice an insult, so, no worries. So sorry for insulting your gems a few pages ago. I love the Pixar Place facade, I would hope they could work it in down the soundstage as they continue to add.
I really can't see this happening in isolation without other new attractions. "Disney builds a ride everyone has already ridden. Universal builds Diagon Alley."
I like the joke, but no, the project numbers have no influence on opening dates, only when they were submitted to get permitting. So we are getting projects three and six first. Hmmmmm. Sort of Star Warsish.
I wouldn't be so short sighted. SS1 is just one building that has been basically abandoned for 10 years. With very little development they can add quick bump to DHS's ride capacity. Some of the infrastructure is there and the technology has already been developed. This is quick and cheap which has TDO written all over it.
They just closed the Backlot Tour which opens up a huge area for expansion and new attractions. I cannot see the closing of the Backlot Tour just for the sake of closing it. Something is stirring in O-Town.
I'm not sure about the Tokyo one, but in all reality, they need to unless they have load and unload on the same side (in different locations).Do all of the Midway Mania's have the same goofball queue style with the zero themed stairway that heads up and over the track and down again?
