He's lucky it wasn't one of my daughters he touched.

There was this one time where a drunk fellow at HHNs made a comment about my 13 year olds butt. It went downhill from there. Long story short. One year trespass from Universal.

It was worth it.

Gotta say I can't fault that reaction and if i was there with you, I'd likely have gotten the same punishment....

Apparently he is using a "broken glasses" excuse.

Bhatia told officers he had broken his glasses and couldn't see clearly, causing him to unintentionally touch people. It's unclear if he has an attorney.

Bhatia was arrested and faces several charges. Disney has banned him from the park.

I'd be happy to testify against him as an expert witness. For all intents and purposes, I am blind without glasses/contacts. I can't make out a face from 5 feet away. I could go into a wave pool without glasses for 6 weeks straight and I wouldn't unintentionally touch anybody. Unless you are literally blind you can see that there is a large object like a person there.

I don't know about that, the surf wave at TL is pretty strong. I've got perfect vision but I'm sure I've been bumped by, or bumped into, many people over the years. When that wave comes along, it really packs quite a punch and throws you all over the shop. Sometimes it is hard to control where you end up, especially if you're quite deep in the water when you hear the roar.

Bumped into and groped are two different things.

You gotta pay good money to be groped downtown.
