Resident Curmudgeon
Upon conviction feet first into a large woodchipper Fargo style...
Apparently he is using a "broken glasses" excuse.
my thoughts exactly. he's full of itHe'd probably get away based on that excuse if it happened once. Six times, not so much.
He's lucky it wasn't one of my daughters he touched.Lucky for him his arms aren't broken. This is the reality we live in now.
Totally agree. It would have gone down period. Forget those hills! He's lucky it wasn't one of my daughters he touched.
I was banned from Universal for a year because some drunk fellow made a comment about my 13 year olds butt. It went downhill from there.

There was this one time where a drunk fellow at HHNs made a comment about my 13 year olds butt. It went downhill from there. Long story short. One year trespass from Universal.
It was worth it.
Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. I would have made him a member of the Walking Dead. He's lucky it wasn't one of my daughters he touched.

Bhatia told officers he had broken his glasses and couldn't see clearly, causing him to unintentionally touch people. It's unclear if he has an attorney.
Bhatia was arrested and faces several charges. Disney has banned him from the park.
I'd be happy to testify against him as an expert witness. For all intents and purposes, I am blind without glasses/contacts. I can't make out a face from 5 feet away. I could go into a wave pool without glasses for 6 weeks straight and I wouldn't unintentionally touch anybody. Unless you are literally blind you can see that there is a large object like a person there.
Bumped into and groped are two different things.I don't know about that, the surf wave at TL is pretty strong. I've got perfect vision but I'm sure I've been bumped by, or bumped into, many people over the years. When that wave comes along, it really packs quite a punch and throws you all over the shop. Sometimes it is hard to control where you end up, especially if you're quite deep in the water when you hear the roar.
Bless you!!! Your daughter is a very lucky girl to have you as her Dad!!! Good job!! MarieHe's lucky it wasn't one of my daughters he touched.

You gotta pay good money to be groped downtown.
Well, you see your honor... I was just standing there and he ran into my knife 12 times.Exactly. If a wave throws me into somebody, my reaction isn't to feel them up. A normal reaction is to say "sorry" or "excuse me" not start grabbing. Also, it is big coincidence that the waves managed to only throw him into females SIX TIMES.
karmaI hope that once he is behind bars he gets groped a couple of times

He had it coming.Well, you see your honor... I was just standing there and he ran into my knife 12 times.
He only had himself to blame. He had it coming.
