Just thought you guys needed to know I went to the match today. Diouf is awesome, reminds me of the wonderful Mr Dalglish in his prime. Seems like the Kop has got a new darling and the Mightys will be champions once again:sohappy: :sohappy:

Yes, if you can just get him to knock off all that miserable falling about and play acting anytime a defender comes near him he should be quite the player.

I didn't get a chance to see the second half today, what happened?

My beloved Colorado Rapids also kicked some serious tail on the defending champion San Jose Earthquakes today.

The guy didn't even fall once today! He's obviously a quick learner. Agaisnt Villa they kicked him to bits and most of his falls were completely justifed.

He scored again in the second half, but he could have scored a bag full, his control is majestic and his pace deadly, he makes Owen look slow.:animwink:

I was referring more to his petulance and theatrics at the World Cup. I've not had a chance to see much of him in action in the Premiership. We only get a game or two a week over here.

I am looking forward to seeing Liverpool in the Champions League. We get most of the big games from that.

I gues I should be cheering for Blackburn and Sunderland seeing as they have Yanks in their starting 11 but I do feel that Liverpool is due a championship after such a long dry spell. Besides, it;s not like Blackburn or Sunderland have much of a chance at the title. We'll just be pulling for Sunderland to survive this season.

Kenneth Matheson Dalgleish, the best player ever to grace a football pitch (Apart from wee john robertson. :D )

Diouf does look pretty good though.

GO Manchester United and Arsenal. I am from USA and I love English premier league soccer. I watch it all the time on Fox Sports World TV channel.
