We still don’t know what a sold out Halloween/Christmas party number would be or do we?

Disney does not give out the numbers, but both parties are usually MOBBED. Not a number I would consider a limited capacity.

Actually, they are not...at least compared to what the actual capacity of the park is.

The biggest issue with the parties is everyone is doing the same thing at the same time making the place seem like it is packed. Nearly 100% of the party attendees will be at either one or both parades as well as the fireworks. When those are done, everyone is on the attractions.
