I think its a bit misleading. The coaster is probably still a good 12 feet off the ground. However I could see some idiot trying to climb on it and getting hurt so I'm fully expecting some sort of fence to be erected to keep us away from there.

12 feet is nothing. A basketball rim is 10 feet off the ground and people are dunking on that all day long.

meh... looks six flags-ish. Just there, in the theme. Now I assume there will have to be some sort of permanent fence or wall added as we can't just be milling about under the track supports.
Maybe there is a plan to make it fit in better?

maybe... but it is high enough that they could just install netting and let you go under it :lookaroun

and while it looks six flag-ish most of the area it goes through it un-themed anyway...
