Tried replying, but multiquote went haywire on me. I’ve never used an early link for any of these. I just went on the site, waited for 3am my time and checked under new or Epcot and always found them right away. Clicked add to bag then checked out. So if that’s their grand plan to weed out bots, epic fail yet again ShopDisney. Punishing the people who actually want the products and make the effort to be up in the middle of the night to obtain them.
I called too, and unsurprisingly they knew nothing and gave out more false information, including that people were lying and have been lying about late orders last month and this month not being canceled. Their CS is terrible. If you can get them out of their preprogrammed talking points to actually have a conversation, all they can manage oftentimes is inaccuracies or sheer condescension. Finally I got the standard “We’ll look in to it for next time” drivel. Because that worked so well before.
I think I give up on the rest of this line. They don’t care as long as the product moves out the door, so they won’t fix it.

Just looked at ShopDisney's website and 'The Land' and 'Kitchen Kaberet' are still listed, but of course when you click the page there is a tiny box that says 'sold out'.
I was just curious if these were still showing up on the website, and they are.
Very sorry to hear about the issues that happened earlier to those of you who had ordered right around the launch time.
I feel for you guys.....quite frustrating.
If it helps any, I still suspect Disney will re-issue these in the future in a different size and in a different form at a more affordable price and a more open non-limited format.
Let's wait n' see....it's happened before with images.
Pleased to hear however that 'The Land ' sold quick....even quicker then the 'Imagination' poster.

Guess I really do have good taste then, as I wasn't the only one really liking the look of that one.
It also likely sold fast due to the very dedicated Cast Members both former and current who have a soft spot for this Pavillion.
I've known a couple of ex-Land CMs who still hold this role as one of their top experiences thus far.

Idk if it’s the early links that are posted here or not, but during last month’s fiasco I didn’t use them and I still got one of my orders cancelled, so...........I guess it’s six of one, half a dozen of the other.

The one slimmer of hope I have is that I haven’t seen anyone say they haven’t been cancelled for the Land. Maybe a redo?

I mean, pin them on some times. Until they look at what happened, they won’t fix it. Ask them to tell you exactly what time each poster sold out, and then ask them to check the status of orders placed before that time. Or simply ask them to check for any orders that weren’t cancelled (although it’s easier for them to lie their way out of that). When they can’t see any non canceled orders before sell out, or see that orders were canceled before sell out, then maybe they’ll check with someone to find out what happened instead of just giving you the party line without investigating.

I wish I had purchased the posters that I was on the fence about early on, rather than waiting and purchasing over time.
Unless interest has significantly changed, then the final World Showcase posters, expected to be released next month, should be easier because, overall, the World Showcase posters have been slow to sell out. Morocco, for example, was still available 10 days after release.
