Bonny! *huggles*

Glad you're in safe and sound. I'm pretty darn jealous of you. It would be pretty cool if you could line up the fireworks with the Wishes soundtrack. But that would be hard.

Back from a particularly nice Welsh visit (even if some drunken twelve year old stole the aerial off my car)

Glad you had a nice time. Now, what was a twelve year old doing drunk, and what's an aerial?

What's this about a hugglers meet? It would have to be done in a dark alley I'm afraid!

Ah, I would be in my element. :drevil: :lookaroun

It could be fun though, but some things are better left as dreams!

Are you saying you wouldn't want to meet me?
But I'm so cute and irresistible!

Dot said:
You may be right. I have mixed feelings about meets. I love all my huggles friends. But what if I didn't when I met them. Or worse, what if they didn't like me. It could be devastating. And it could ruin something that is really great just the way it is.

Aww... I don't think that would happen. How could anyone not like you?

But, alas, I wouldn't go to any kind of meet yet. I'm too young... it's a safety issue. Of course I'd pretty much trust you all, but still...
Maybe one day. :)

7:00! Way too late for me. Especially Sunday. We usually eat around 4:00.

I'd consider that early... I eat around 6-6:30.

Betty said:
I feel basically the same way - what if they didn't like me?!!!

You're just being mean to yourself. Of course we'd like you. How could we not?

Betty said:
Face it, we're all a bunch of insecure introverts who live our lives on this board!

Aww... now that's not nice to yourself or us. :(

This afternoon, our dd's and their boyfriends were here for dinner. After dinner, the 6 of us got into a rather spirited and somewhat bawdy discussion about, of all things, underwear! As the conversation went on, it continued to get more and more outrageous. At one point I almost blurted out, "This sounds just like a huggles thread!" I bit my tongue and didn't say it. I didn't want to have to explain huggles. (As if there were an explanation!) This is my thing. My chance to be a slightly different me. Still a nice person (I really am!) but quicker to voice an opinion or poke fun. It's been great so far!

I still love you, and probably would in real life too.

One day in my LA class, we had the weirdest discussion regarding.......sneezes. We talked about sneezing for probably a good half-hour.

Is that the best you've got?

Random discussion subjects in my English class:

Greatest Rock Bands of All Time
Nightmares
"The System"
Who is "the man?"
Interesting accidents
Things that could have gone horribly wrong, but didn't
The difference between "What is." and "What isn't."
And so many more that I can't remember right now.

Dot said:
That's the thing about Huggles! We talk about anything and everything!
But, Freddy, even though your LA class reminds you of Huggles, you would probably have a hard time explaining Huggles to them. Would you even try?

BAH! Explain huggles?
I've had better luck explaining to people why I believe time is directly linked to the speed at which humans think. (Which is immensely difficult:brick: )

he thinks I'm nuts anyway!

I prefer "unique" to "nuts." There's nothing wrong with being different.

Dot said:
We just take it to a whole other level!

Often through the use of second meanings and the lookaround smile. :lookaroun

(Still catching up on what I missed)

Like I said, it's my thing.

Ahem... OUR thing. :D

My mom goes for a catherdization tomorrow. My sister (who is a nurse-anestist) says it really is a simple procedure that shouldn't take too long. If you didn't know, my mom had some strange palpatations on the day after Christmas. She has felt fine since, but after the stress test, they referred her to go for a catherdization. So, if you are the praying type, please pray for her, and if not, just good vibes work great, too!

Awww... hope everything goes well.
And to use your words, I'lll be sending "Good vibes" your way.

So... what was everyone up to while I was gone? :lookaroun

I tried to keep my brain from exploding while figuring out how the Everest previews were going to work.

Then I read something about the Fugitive Slave Act for English class.

Hmm... I think I remember some of that...
Was that the law that required people to turn over and slave that was, well, a fugitive?
