Why does your head hurt?

And evening *huggles* all...just went shopping...not my favorite thing in the world, but I got a NY and company card out of it for myself

That sounds like trouble! :) Lord knows when ever I get a card out of my shopping experience - I'm certainly in for some trouble (aka - shopping!)
:hammer:

Eh...no trouble for me. I hate shopping to be honest, and do so only when I need new jeans or nice pants or shirts. If I'm there more than 10-15 minutes, I get bored and antsy. But this card is good to buy gifts with.

You are wonder woman! :D I love shopping - but I am a HUGE bargain shopper - I don't buy unless it's onsale - which means it takes longer to find what I'm looking for - but I always get a good deal... (bargain of the week: I just went to White House Black Market to look for a dress this week, I walked out of their with an outfit for my gala AND a pair of jeans for under $60 - and if you don't know that store - their original price tags said $88 & $148 - so I got some good deals!) :D

But - I also only shop for clothes a few times a year - I'm pretty much a basic's girl, I love my kahki's, jeans and tanks - it takes alot for me to buy anything else...

Yeah that's how I am. I love my jeans, khaki's...Disney t-shirts ...and sneakers. But lately I've been liking purses...and I've also expanded my wardrobe to more nice shirts...including cleavage ones which are a breakthrough for me

Early evening *huggles*, all - just got an e-mail from our son. He and his girlfriend (of almost three years) broke up...he says he's OK. He's not answering his cell phone, though, so I haven't been able to talk to him directly. If he had a roommate,I'd call him, but he doesn't - he lives off-campus.

sometimes us boys need some "alone time" when this happens

why do you need that....dept store CC's are a rip-off
I won't use it much anyway...my mom has that also...it's the only place I shop for clothes in so to me it's useful and it's the only place I'd get a card in.

Oh yeah that I know. I have some glitch on my credit report right now (which shouldn't be there) that I need to take care of. I was afraid I'd get that ding and I wouldn't get approved, but I was approved so...um whatever . *shrugs*

I know, speck. I know. It's a fine line with Jim, between being intrusive and being supportive.

He knows where you are, and I am sure knows you wish to be supportive, but being alone may just be what he needs right now. He'll let you know when or if he wants to talk about it.

You're right, of course. Thanks, all of you, for your support.

Mary, I'm sure you'll hear from him when he's ready.
I know it's hard to know your child is hurt and you can't fix it. Sometimes being a mom really sucks.
