Why do all the crazies gotta be from Jersey? Give us respectable princesses a bad name  Wish I could hear all that she was sating in the beginning though. Couldn't hear anything before 'fingers in my face means sexual harrasment"
Easy, NJ isn't full of crazies! At least not me.

Maybe I am reading too much into this, but after watching the video again, I dunno what it was about her, but something makes me wonder if she was acting all along. Maybe she just has awkward behavior, but something just seems like at times she is putting on a show, and not legitimately as upset as she'd like to appear. I could be way off base with this theory, and she could be nothing more than a spoiled brat. But at times I wonder if she was doing some sort of (sick) prank, or a project of sorts for sociology, or just trying to "impress" her friends. Not saying it makes her actions right either way.

It's the alcohol, as a nurse, I see patients act that way all the time when the alcohol is still either in high gear or wearing off. It is indeed very awkward and difficult to take seriously. I am sure (from her behavior) she has an entitlement issue mixed up in there as well that is not helping her cause.

Much more often than you think...you would be amazed what the average Cast Member has to put up with. That's why I always advocate for thanking and recognizing Cast Members for a job well done. We appreciate it more than you probably realize and makes us remember why we love our jobs after dealing with situations like this. =)

I admire that. I'd talk back far too often to the ones who deserve it to ever be able to keep a job at Disney. I think there would be too much restraint I'd have to show to very ignorant people and I couldn't do it.

I'm sure that this is nothing compared to when they were "testing" the queue lines with Fastpass over at Soarin'... Those poor workers!

This kind of crass, rude, entitled, trashy behavior is, for me, much more to blame for the 'decline' of Disney Parks than peeling paint, the occasional broken AA, malfunctioning yeti, etc. Those encounters last a few seconds and, over time, get better IMO. This sort of behavior seems to keep growing little by little there.

Had a guest last year at my resort go off on me because we didn't have a karaoke song she wanted to sing. She wailed and cried to my manager and said I ruined her vacation!

Yep, got written up for that one.

That is absurd. That a CM would be held accountable for a guest's self centered entitled rant is just disgusting.

Not a CM, sorry. Just one of the thousands of people that work in the hospitality business in Orlando that deals with these kind of people almost weekly.
