Maybe I am reading too much into this, but after watching the video again, I dunno what it was about her, but something makes me wonder if she was acting all along. Maybe she just has awkward behavior, but something just seems like at times she is putting on a show, and not legitimately as upset as she'd like to appear. I could be way off base with this theory, and she could be nothing more than a spoiled brat. But at times I wonder if she was doing some sort of (sick) prank, or a project of sorts for sociology, or just trying to "impress" her friends. Not saying it makes her actions right either way.
It didn't look all that spontaneous to me either, but I was thinking maybe because she throws fits like that a lot.

I felt the same way - she seemed to know what she was doing, like it wasn't her first time.
Sadly for some people, the art of complaining is passed down from their parents. They see from their parents how freebies are handed out if you gripe to the right people. Next thing you know, they themselves become professional or semi-professional complainers. Posted rules be damned, not having a reservation...who cares? If something doesn't go their way 100%, someone is going to hear about it! It's a sad statement on humanity, but a true one in many cases.

For the sake of my own dignity, I'd rather die poor than spoiled.

Raging witches have the act that works for themselves down pretty well. She's done this 100's of times, I'm sure. When she realized she wasn't going to get what she wanted, even with the audience, "you have a great day". Um, ok, pretty sure that's what we were doing before you walked up but ok, thanks for that. She's going far in life with that attitude, I'm sure. I'd hire her...never...and I don't care where her degree is from. :p

I think Disney needs do what Florida law allows them to and start refusing to serve obnoxious, intoxicated guests. Because if one of those intoxicated guests drives himself/herself back to their resort and along the way hits someone, guess who's liable?

Our first trip to Garden Grill in EPCOT for my birthday was spoiled by a very drunk patron at the table next to us. During the course of our dinner - we were there a little over an hour - I watched him drink 4 beers - and he looked wasted drinking the first. And get more belligerent with each beer consumed. He berated his poor server, nearly fell over trying to hug Pluto and made the rest of us around him miserable because he was a LOUD obnoxious drunk who picked a fight with his wife and yelled at his kids. And his wife and the other couple weren't too far behind him. All this in front of their kids, all who looked under the age of 10.

I should have gotten the manager and told him how this guest was behaving. So he could be refused any more alcohol, asked to pay his bill and leave. I just hope he wasn't driving. Or on my resort bus.

Don't get me wrong. I enjoy a glass of wine with my dinner at Be Our Guest or a brew at Ragland Road. However, those days of getting wasted in public were done in my 20s when I was in college. And I would never drink like that in front of my children. I am getting tired of leaving EPCOT on closing and having to avoid the completed wasted guests as they stumble out of the park. And hope they aren't going to be on my bus doing what consuming large quantities of alcohol can make you do.

Don't think this is what Walt intended a family park to be.....

The absolute worst part of this video is that the stupid B will complain to WDW, get something for it, and possibly the CM get reprimanded. I sure hope the person that took the video informed someone at WDW so Bob does not get in trouble. He handled it as calmly and politely as possible.

but man I feel bad for the CM, he doesn't deserve that.
Nobody deserves that kind of treatment, he's just doing his job - politely
Hope this goes viral enough that it negatively impacts that girl's life.
Spoilt brat, I can't get my own way (through my own ignorance) so I'm going to create a fuss and see if that changes things. Her family should be proud, they've brought her up well
Gotta wonder how often CM's have to deal with stuff like this.
Far too often

I don't know the outcome of the situation as far as discussions but I imagine nothing came of it because he did everything right and by the book in how to handle it. I do however know that Bob is still a leader at WDW so if anything came of it on that end, it was nothing major. =)

I could not agree with you more! I see it in healthcare all the time. I can not imagine what the poor CMs in WDW get. That's why I try to be super nice to the CMs that we encounter! They are the ones that make our trips magical and they should be treated well.
