A Great Audio sourced version of Dinosaur which even includes the preshow audio of the last Bill Nye attraction in WDW..
All of this is fantastic, I had no idea that there was this much lore. I wish I had spent more time exploring the land, AK is great for these small details.
In sadder news, a site I’m not allowed to link to has reported that the alioramus animatronic is missing from Dinosaur. It could just be maintenance, but the last time a prehistoric animatronic went missing it never returned (giant snake thing in Ellen’s Energy Adventure)
The cool thing is that they’ve added static raptors to the scene as a b-mode. Super rare b-mode that was only ever talked about anecdotally and nearly impossible to find pics of.
I wanted to thank everyone who has shared their memories and insight on this thread— we’re going to be at AK in November and I’m planning to check out the Boneyard for the first time, and spend more time enjoying all the details throughout I never took time to appreciate. I’ve loved Dinosaur since I went on it with my sister for the first time in 2011. We loved it so much we bought matching Dinosaur themed t-shirts and I still have mine to this day. We actually made a special farewell trip to ride in in August and I’m thrilled to have another opportunity in November. I’m also one of the (evidently very few?) people who thought Primeval Whirl was great, but I’ve already had a few years to get over that loss at this point— I just want my other PW fans to know there are dozens of us, dozens!
Despite riding Dinosaur many times through the years, I had no idea about the old sponsorship remnants. My husband is a chemical engineer and always trying to get our kids into science and now we have one last chance to discover it all together.
Another video that shows better views and show how huge these AA's of the Styracosaurus and the Sauropod are.
The only way to enjoy Dinosaur once it closes is to play WDW Magical Racing Tour. The graveyard of attractions in racetrack form..While the game uses park ride music for each race track I'm not sure if the one used Dinosaur is from Countdown To Extinction??
PlayStation 1!What system is this for?
Playstation 1, Dreamcast, and Windows. What system is this for?
And to a lesser extent Game Boy color..Playstation 1, Dreamcast, and Windows.
I’m old enough to remember my excitement when that was released, but my heart will always belong to OG Gameboy and Tetris. And to a lesser extent Game Boy color..
It was the oddest version of the game with the characters having big heads on a side scrolling race track..The thing I really like is hearing versions of actual ride music..Where else will you hear the original Test Track 1.0 music Loop in 8bit format..I’m old enough to remember my excitement when that was released, but my heart will always belong to OG Gameboy and Tetris.
