Probably outdoor masks will be gone by soon, but indoor masks will be gone by late summer or early fall?1.1M of those were new first doses too. The vaccine pace has slowed some, but it’s far from a train wreck. This phase will go slower. Remember too that the doses are not equally distributed by day of the week anymore. The weekends tend to be much busier than mid-week these days. 1.1M new first doses on a Wednesday is pretty good.
For those who like math, to get to 70% of adults in the US vaccinated with at least 1 dose (the metric Orange County is using for dropping all Covid restrictions) we would need 33M more first shots. At a pace of 1.1M a day it will take us 30 days to get there so May 28 which is the Friday of Memorial Day weekendThat hasn’t been given as a metric for the country nationally so don’t assume all Covid restrictions will be dropped by then. Just one way to look at this....optimistically

Orlando County 30 day average of 1st shots is 2404. With J&J back in the mix I think it’s a reasonable time frame. Wish Federal would release the county data from the VA and such.1.1M of those were new first doses too. The vaccine pace has slowed some, but it’s far from a train wreck. This phase will go slower. Yes I think that’s where the confusion is coming from with other posters. At first there was no requirement to search for work because it was assumed you weren’t working because the government forced many / most businesses to close. In MA, if you were out of work due to COVID, as long as you kept yourself available to return to your job and stayed in touch with your boss (kept track of when you spoke to them...suggested frequency of 3x per week), you were covered.
ETA: This was during/after the shutdown when they realized huge numbers of people were being laid off.
Columbia Harbor House is/was serving out of TomorrowLand Terrace when I was there in March. I wish I knew that or it was advertised. For me, they have until May 17thAlthough, we do have Skipper Canteen reservations because Harbor House is closed.

What ever you do, DO NOT EAT AT PECOS BILLS. The indigestive belching with a mask on was terrible.

The outcome was so bad, we changed our 2nd MK day to a day at EPCOT where there were decent food options. Not just for you, but now for all of us![]()
You’re right, it will be sooner.Plans. If NYC opens fully (whatever that means) on July 1st, my name is Bob Hope and this is Disney Food Blog.
I was reading an interview with Mike Rowe. I like him. He commented on the $15. He was supportive but also made a great point on how some jobs are just stepping stones. Never meant to be where you land as a career. I remember being young and dumb and not very skilled. That took time. 35 years to slow crawl up from camper, to apartment to house.True Story.....about a year and a half ago my wife and I walked into a sandwich shop. The employee behind the counter was very upset and openly complaining to another employee. His main complaint was that he was "barely making $9.00 per hour. I happened to notice before we entered a sign next door for a swimming pool company that was hiring at $16.00 and would train. So I said to the guy "hey bud I think I have an idea for you" and I then simply directed his attention to the sign. His response......."no ******* way it gets hot outside here in the summer." Not sure how someone like that can be helped.
Did it make you sick? I love pecos bill but hard pass if it didThe outcome was so bad, we changed our 2nd MK day to a day at EPCOT where there were decent food options.
In addition to FL residents, any individual who is in Florida to provide goods or services for the benefit of residents and visitors is now eligible to be vaccinated in Florida.
Vaccine providers are specifically encouraged not to waste any vaccines which seems to translate to if there are doses which will go bad and there is a willing arm, give the shot regardless of residency or why they are here.
Which jobs are you supposed to land at in order to make a living wage? Does your friend mike provide a list so we know if we’ve landed or not?He was supportive but also made a great point on how some jobs are just stepping stones. Never meant to be where you land as a career.
I think it gets counted as a FL vaccination. When I look at the PA data hub by county they show out of state in the list. I believe this is primarily from people living in NY/NJ/OH/DE but working in PA who got vaccinated at work, like hospital workers. I imagine now that the vaccine is readily available pretty much everywhere there‘s not much incentive to go across state lines to get it, but it could boost FL’s stats some.So I wonder how doses given out of state, any state not just Florida, are counted? If someone is vaccinated out of state does that data get back to their home state?
I never noticed, but there is an out-of-state line -I think it gets counted as a FL vaccination. When I look at the PA data hub by county they show out of state in the list.
