You know what's funny?
Well by then we may be past May 3rd.Wait to see what the fifth circuit says.
Well by then we may be past May 3rd.Wait to see what the fifth circuit says.
But it could impact further attempts to extend it.Well by then we may be past May 3rd.
What does it mean when it says "remands it to the CDC"?
Struck down. Sent back to the CDC to try again if they wish, but only after following the established procedures they are bound to follow in order for an order to be deemed legally binding.
Only a victory for both sides if they intended to discontinue the mandate 5/3.Both sides claim victory.
APA is the Administrative Procedure Act and has zero to do with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act). Its basically that its found to exceed their legal authority that that is violates the process for agency rulemaking under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Wait to see what the fifth circuit says.
Trouble makers?Sitting in the Vegas Airport now and honestly surprised by how many I see ignoring the mask rule. On the planes I saw full compliance and no trouble makers.
I never said it would be a victory for both sides of the case, just that this situation would allow both sides to spin it in such a way to claim it was a victory regardless of whether it actually was or not.Only a victory for both sides if they intended to discontinue the mandate 5/3.
It means the mandate is tossed out unless the government gets an appeals court to stay the ruling. It also means that the CDC can try again if they really want to, but they have to follow the proper authority and rulemaking procedures which this court has held they violated.
My bad. This is what happens when ya get to deal with me on a screwed up sleeping schedule.APA is the Administrative Procedure Act and has zero to do with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).
Those making trouble for the cabin crew by forcing an argument over mask compliance.Trouble makers?
He knew full well what you meant. Those making trouble for the cabin crew by forcing an argument over mask compliance.
Likely so, and trust me, I'd be the first to shred my own mask, if the airline I'm flying on said I need not wear one.He knew full well what you meant.
You see what you want to see sometimes too. And some is luck. Until it ends, I'll do as I'm told.Fwiw. Disney bud compliance is mediocre. Many people wearing chin straps. Most children unmasked.
