About two thirds the people in the US will be ok.
Is that better?
Side note, I read an earlier post today that showed two thirds as "2/3" and subconsciously that made me think, wow that's just about everyone. Which is clearly wrong, it's not "just about everyone". A good example of how a number is presented has a lot of impact on us. That 2/3 number broke something down into 3 groups and said 2 of them were good. But, if it was 66%, using 100 groups and only 66 were good, doesn't sound so nice anymore. Or say 66.0001% with 1 million groups and only 660 thousand are good. All that scale matters.
