Yup. There’s so much we don’t know.

So the blood clots that may or may not be from covid I should be worried about but the blood clots that may or may not be from J&J I shouldn’t worry about?
The several orders of magnitude higher incidence of disseminated intravascular coagulation in actual COVID cases should have you much more worried than an extremely rare side effect of a vaccine.

And that's just one many, many consequences from COVID.

Are we really still in denial mode more than a year later?

I’m not in denial at all??? I think you have me confused with someone else.

Yet.

Was enough to make me want to switch to Moderna!
Nah, Pfizer is still the gold standard. But seriously there is no evidence that it is connected. Through millions of doses elsewhere, nothing. It's like people look for excuses to hate something. Hate to break it, Moderna would be pretty much no different. But if you feel better, great. However posts like yours are damaging and adjacent to anti-vaxx and such rhetoric

So it’s damaging to question something? Interesting.
I have no issue with questioning anything. I would hope most people did at least some basic research and weighed the pros and cons of the vaccine. My only point is that 15 blood clots in 8M JnJ doses and 65 cases of potential heart inflammation in over 5M Pfizer doses are exceedingly rare side effects. You are far more likely to catch covid from not being vaccinated and suffer from either of those potential covid symptoms than you are to suffer from them from taking the vaccination. That’s all. We need to keep the likelihood of both negative outcomes in mind when considering the choice.

here’s a pretty decent read on the topic:

Honestly I understand the blood clots, but really the inflation for Pfizer is not factual. It's someone making a guess since the numbers are so low there likely isn't causation. Acting like something is factual when it's not, I take objection to.

It’s not someone making a guess. It’s doctors and health officials in Israel.

Is this for real?

In other words, in Florida, vaccinated workers can be barred from their jobs, while the unvaccinated can’t be. “In Florida, you can get fired for protecting your health,” said a crestfallen Pizzo following the vote.
I love the argument: "Let's show that the Senate is not insane . . ."
