Not sure what has changed, but FL seems to have fallen a bit behind on vaccinations. They were near the top in the beginning for percent used as well as percent vaccinated but now according to the Bloomberg tracker they are in the bottom 15 states in both % of population receiving at least 1 shot and % of supply used. Not sure if there are logistical issues with vaccine sites or if it’s the mix of pharmacies vs state or county run sites. Hopefully once the vaccine is open to everyone they pick up the pace.
I wonder if there are some reporting delays. I know they were doing maintenance on their vaccination records system over the weekend. As of today's report they are around 4.2 million doses behind what has been delivered. There are always some reporting delays but that is a pretty large difference.

This is the type of question it would be nice if the media asked the people at the Department of Health.

Places that had security features often would require you to remove your mask for a shot on the camera of your face and then put it back on.
That's what the TSA does now. You lower your mask and the agent looks at your face for a second. Along with the insert your own ID into a reader so they don't have to touch anything process. No more scanning your boarding pass, it's all done with the ID.

I was speaking to a bellman at the Yacht Club today. He said he was traveling over an hour to get the vaccine. I recall on the news that Florida had only vaccinated 3 million people so far.

Go to the Paris in Vegas....it’s all the same stuff but a shorter flight ;););)
I don’t even need a plane, it’s about a 20 minute drive from my house...

We love Paris and Disneyland Paris, we went for a once in a lifetime trip in 2016 and have been back two more times since, and are itching to go again. It’s such a central location we take day trips (via train or plane) all over Europe and just return to our hotel at DLP the same night, we don’t even need to pack and check out.

And what social distancing. A million people crammed in line. So glad me and my wife had the vaccine. A corona hot spot.
I’m not sure if you are a troll but if not - we were there last week. I agree that there are places where it seems Disney has given up. Several queues had minimal social distancing and restaurants were pretty full. That said, most people are very mask compliant and they do count heads for entering indoor attractions. At this point it is coming down to personal responsibility. We chose to leave crowded areas and eat mostly outside. The good news is that most things are outside so the breeze really does help, along with masks. Disney was doing a much better job six months ago but they are still doing more than just about anywhere I have been. I’m sorry you were disappointed but going to Disney during a pandemic has obvious risks.

It was about the 15th time that I've ever been to Disneyworld. And it was funny that it was the most crowded that i've ever been. . .

Crowded areas? How could you not miss crowded areas. When you waited in line before the gate opened, it was overrun at Hollywood Studios for our last day.
I’m sorry you had that experience. We were able to find plenty of breaks from the crowd and never waited long for rides. I’m sure everyone has different experiences. Hopefully your next vacation will be more relaxing.
