People I know living in Indiana say not to look too deep in Pence's soul, you may fall into the darkness and never find your way out.
I’ll admit he was an unknown commodity to me before his recent ascent. He does handle himself well in a presser, though.

The person doing the test didn't have an N95. Can you imagine how scary it must be to be dealing with potentially positive people all day without adequate protection?

Real cute!

Let's see here: one goes and gets tested thinking he's likely CV+ when he's actually not then picks up virus from the unprotected test giver who got it up from his work duties and already given it to 4 others.

Ironic for the one who didn't have it but picked it up via testing.

Did anyone with an iq above 45 have ANY semblance of respect for pence after this early covid briefings?

“Thank you for your leadership, mr. President...you’re strong, strong leadership”

🤮

What an embarrassment.

Who hired Fauci?

He was independently hired during the Reagan administration...and was publicly praised by every POTUS since...

And then...there’s this out of work idiot:

Would be a miracle if Disney World even stays open through December or January. Covid protocols weren't meant for situations like this.

I’m glad I didn’t buy/activate an annual pass in February...that’s all i’m Saying...

One of the health analysts (forgot who...lost in the hectic week) was suggesting that Florida could be logging 15,000+ positives, over hospital capacity and 3,000 deaths a day on a somewhat consistent basis 😳

That’s high...I hope...but I know one dipstick governor with no shot of doing anything about that...and he doesn’t sleep in Albany

My Universal AP expires on 11/26 and since I am going to be at my Dad’s 12/2-12/16, I renewed it last week, and thought I could get in one of two days to help get my moneys worth... I get more nervous with each day that might have been very presumptuous. It is still Florida and before the big change in January, so...🤞😷

Exactly this. Earlier on some thought people "just want disney to close for the drama blahblahblah..." no. This exponential growth was a long time coming. This was preventable. We didn't do our job. I dont think people realize what we are about to endure. I pray that our nation can remain strong, but its looking very bleak.

I think we need to add another event into the coronavirus growth schedule. Not just halloween and the holidays, but tomorrow may prove to be another disastrous day for the count. I have been invited to 3 different victory parties tomorrow evening. I know there are many parties planned nationwide. We may see masses hitting the streets, drinking, living up the moment. The celebration is deserved, but it could cause many to ignore covid protocols. Personally, I will pull out my finest bottle of cognac, zoom with the extended fam, and pass out and sleep for days. (These late night counts have been sooo dramatic but oh so exciting, ya girls exhausted.)

There is a lot of truth to this, but there is also a lot of reality that will have to be worked through to get us to the point of WDW closing again.

It's obvious, at this point, that the company will not make the call to close again on their own accord. There will be no change in the actionable messaging on the federal level until at least late January. It will take a beyond catastrophic situation for the state of Florida to mandate closures, and barring such event the state may actively continue to prevent localities like Orange County or Orlando from enacting their own restrictions. If Universal pulls the plug first, Disney may feel compelled to follow... but maybe even not. I mostly doubt Universal would make that call either.

So where does that leave us? It has to get a lot.. a lot.. worse here on the ground here in Florida before we talk about a WDW shutdown round 2. Not just back to the June / July #s, NYC levels of worse. That's not exactly good or right and I don't personally agree with it, but that's the reality I'm seeing from here. Hopefully whatever luck 2020 might still have for us comes through and we don't have to find out if I'm right.
