Going to Citywalk and Disney Springs without ordering a drink is like going to Dunkin Donuts and not ordering a donut.
Are restaurants still able to sell alcohol? Those are two different distinctions with two different operating licenses and every article I see only references bars.

Some of those restaurants in Springs I know are technically a bar (City Works), but not all.

Edit: Per WESH, restaurants are not impacted.

I agree. I’m just thinking that the one thing that came out of the recent protests that made a lot of people really scratch their heads is the lack of major spikes in cases in a lot of the cities where protests occurred. Public sentiment and even government recommendations may start to loosen restrictions on outdoor gatherings and tighten things indoors (like bar openings). Our views are ever evolving on what’s OK and what should be restricted more.

That is assuming that what they are saying is true and the numbers are right. It would be nice if people can go outside more freely.
