I don’t believe that data is being collected. I was merely pointing out the advantages and saying that IF data was collected against the promise of it not being, there were still options to explore. Personally I feel it is far too important for personal data collection to be “sneaked” in as this would rightly cause more people to question whether to use it.What personal data is being collected? It’s not even based on your location and there is no centralized database.
For the sake of discussion: which states?20 years or so of neglect would be a reason....
Even so, some states are doing extremely well in this area and can teach the others a thing or two.
Uh huhI wouldn't so much call it neglect as increasing profitability at the cost of preparedness.
Was it “too soon”?ehh. Call it what you want. It happened. But this really isn’t the proper forum to discuss. Probably shouldn’t have brought it up.
...based on what?
Because it may or may not have actually been covid-19. Considering the confirmed first case in our county wasn't until a month later it would help with how many actual undiagnosed cases they may have missed. That is the whole point of an antibodies test. Why? You recovered. Did you need treatment?
You could just admit you weren’t aware of how it actually works.I’ll just come back when your all debating masks again. Honestly if I wanted to debate this I’d go to one of my forums where you’re free to really talk about it.
I was hoping to get more info on the openings. Maybe tomorrow.
I don’t think how it works is the issue. Nobody is going to change anyone’s mind so probably best to move on. I’ll use the technology, it’s too bad a lot of other people won’t. A lot of people won’t get a vaccine either if one passes clinic trials and is approved. It is what it is.You could just admit you weren’t aware of how it actually works.
That in no way means “too much testing”Two more regions in New York are nearly ready to begin phased reopening practices as Gov. Andrew Cuomo says the state has met its daily target of conducting 40,000 COVID-19 diagnostic tests. More than 700 testing sites are now open across New York and the state is testing more per capita than...www.google.com
“Cuomo indicated a significant percentage of the state's daily test stockpile go unused. The governor revealed that some testing sites who have the daily capacity to conduct 15,000 tests are only testing 5,000 per day.”
As of May 12, the state was testing around 10,600 residents a day on average, according to a a report from McKinsey & Company that was prepared for the Murphy administration.www.politico.com
“Community-based testing sites in Bergen and Monmouth counties — which the state recently opened up to asymptomatic residents — repeatedly had “excess capacity” through early May, Altman said. Murphy also noted the excess capacity during his daily briefing on May 8.”
Why is Disney allowing children 2 and under in? I understand they can’t wear masks, but their young age doesn’t make them any less contagious if they are asymptomatic spreaders. If a 2 year old sneezes or coughs, I guarantee you their mouth won’t be covered. An accommodation does not have to be provided if it is unsafe and I’m guessing that is how the lawyers would argue the matter. You’re not being discriminated against because of your disability but because you pose a safety to risk to others. The reason why you are not wearing a mask is not why you are being turned away but just because you are not wearing one.
Yeah I know. I was wondering about the actual resorts. I booked Royal Pacific first week of July. I'm just wondering if there's any restrictions at the resorts or if all of them will even be open. They released that the other day...
Disney today issued a warning that “we’re not promising to open”
I was responding to this...The photo is about their grilling hot dogs over an open flame, not about not wearing a mask.
