I wonder why they shaped the top end of the pond that way? It almost looks like they made it that way so they could turns boats around in it, although it's an isolated pond so there really isn't any place to go in a boat.

That's exactly why they did, and just because there's no reason for an "on stage" boat doesn't mean disney doesn't need to take boats out on it.

I always wondered about that when I was working there. Highly doubt anything boat related is a possibility though. While the area is a decent size, there is a foot bridge right across the middle that is only a few feet above the water. Guessing it was just a naturally low area and so they had the retention pond follow the topography.

I think that's the Lost and Found?

This is for Cast Costuming. I went into this parking lot by accident one morning. Just following traffic before MK opened, wound up here. I think it is mostly for Transportation CM's and Parking CM's? The Parking lot section around this building is blocked off and has gates at the entrance areas to keep out regular guests from this area. Prior to this building I think it was normal guest parking.

Lost and found is the small building to the right of the tram-way just north of the tram tunnel and south of the TTC gift shop, in the red circle. In the yellow oval you have CM parking and the CM building shown earlier. The purple small oval to the bottom left of the yellow oval are large pole blockade to prevent guest access via car. To the bottom right in the pink small oval is the CM gate entrance with automatic gates similar to the lattice looking ones at some resorts.
