^yeah, but atleast the south wing is still alive...if that gets torn down eventually, its going to be expensive in any room at contemporary.

Interesting. While this is a good chance of the demo, realize this is just the construction site (now, this is a fairly large trailer camp, so this is likely a fairly big project). But, overall, this only says DVC is coming to Contemp in some way; not necessarily in WHAT way.

If you look at the maps towards the end, this report indicates that the resort will be built on the current STOL site. Interesting.

The STOL site is only for the Construction Trailer Compound. This is only where the construction equipment will be.

A user here posted the link in the Contemporary construction thread (someone i don't recognize/recall as a regular) without any explination or hoopla a few days ago.

I was a bit confused with the site by the STOLPORT... I guess I will have to go back and look closer... I guess DVC by the contemp. is a good thing... Not my taste though... I'd rather have something themed with the Poly, but I don't think they have the room for that one...

Seems to me that this was bound to be leaked as it given to third-parties not involved in the constuction (Sierra Club.) Awesome find though!

Here is something that was posted on another forum. It is a permit for demolition of the North Wing.

So far we have seen a permit for demolition, a picture of DVC @ Contemporary from an architect's website, various CMs telling people it's a go and now a permit for a Trailor Storage Compound for DVC @ Contemporary.

Sounds like DVC is coming to the Contemporary.

Heh, this is off-topic, but just to show you stupid I can be (for those who haven't figured it out or are too busy to even wonder about it), I was getting confused going through all the posts because I was reading the topic title as "Contemporary DVC-Proof." As in "steps have been taken to ensure that the DVC never gets into the Contemporary. The Contemporary is DVC-Proof!"

You know, like the internet should be internet-proof. But it's not. Which is why I'm here.
