I keep hearing "just a refurbishment".

Is it really just a rehab or are "they" trying to throw us a red herring?

What are your thoughts?

I was passing by the wing on the monorail Friday. It looks like a refurb only, they has several of the sliding dorrs open. They were bringing in dry wall and other building supplies. Sorry no pics

Well, my view from the monorail recently, I saw the massive construction site at the STOLport (setting up the DVC staging area) which is dirt-land. And then at the Contemporary itself, they're starting to take apart the Tennis Courts and the there are massive amounts of every sort of everything in dumpsters (meaning they're just now removing interior bits - the abestos had to go first).
