Its so dry in my house ...UGH... I have the humidifiers running at full blast to! :lol: ... but I dont think its helping anything... :(

my skin is sooo dry...lol ugh.... and Carmex (like chapstick) is making a ton a ton of $$$ off me this year. :lol: :hammer:

See.... that´s something we never need here: a humidifier! lol We use the dehumidifier inside our closets! When it´s cold here, it´s like standing by the Epcot lagoon: very chilly - it gets to your bones. It´s always humid here!

Be thankful it´s a dry cold, I don´t want to even imagine -20°F in a humid weather! :eek: :dazzle: bbbrrrr...!

Somebody can correct me if I'm wrong, but won't all this cold kill a lot of those mosqitoes who eat us up all summer? That's what I've heard anyway... they've been such a problem because of the mild winters we've had the past couple years. Besides, I'm just as unlikely to go out if it's 35 degrees as I am if it's -35. :lol: I need that magical place where it's 75, no humidity (hair issues :lookaroun) and a slight breeze from the south all year long. :hammer:

Well right now its 21 with no wind. Somewhere around noon they are predicting snow & strong winds. Not looking forward to this at all. **shivers**

It's funny...

when Miami comes to play football against New England...people say that the weather doesn't matter...because it's cold for both teams...

I'll have you know...it was 26 degrees yesterday...which felt like a heatwave as of late...and I was cruising down the highway with my window down...what person from Miami would do that?

*puts gloves on and high fives Christy's mittened hand*

Its warmed up to -7 here...with a wind chill of -25. It's really not a huge deal to us, since we're used to it....we just laugh when people call 30 cold :)
