My main question would be what youre thinking for the scene by scene process
There are a lot of different ways we can take this for sure..
I was thinking like we were saying earlier...a focus on the more weird and eccentric qualities of Wonderland rather than the film's plot itself.
We could use elements and characters but tell it in a different way

I always like the talking flowers portion and seeing all of the unique animals in Tulgey Woods. My absolute favorite parts. Maybe the guests can take the place of Alice and have a different Wonderland experience.
Not sure about this as Disney tried to do this before with Snow White and didn't work out so well.
