Wow, opened the forums and got 40 alerts!!!
As for Winnie the Pooh, the whole series is very cheery. Even the Heffalumps and Woozles scene isn't THAT dark. I used to have some weird perception that Winnie the Pooh was scary, but it was also my favourite thing (I was a very strange child). I do think it is important to nail the effects in the H and W scene though.
Also agreed -- I don't think it should be as dark as Snow White's Scary Adventures or anything -- just maybe a more mysterious and better entry into the heffalumps scene...and maybe a break up of the stereotype design of the ride.

Pooh doesn't really have a storyline to begin with. I'm fine with some change ups, but we still need those Main four scenes as well. I may not seem like it, but I'm a Winnie the Pooh purist :p. I'm as interested in this ride as I am for Peter and Splash (which will be further down the line).

One could say you are a Winnie the Purist? :p

That won't be the last of my bad puns.

When anyone gets the chance I found this Pooh short story that could work for a ride! :geek:

Just skimming through this and I'm on board!

It puts the focus more on the characters which could tell a better narrative. Brer is right, Pooh always has had a vague narrative of scenes. But this could be something very different!

It actually puts more focus on the Heffalumps too so when they are reveals, you would have been building up to them with Pooh's cautions early on to Piglet.
