"City of the Future" relocated???

I'm thrilled that the decent will be completed esp. with Tomorrow's Triangles....but this...hurts.

Gone? Been gone for over a year now.
It really was greater than the sum of its parts; painted flats, a cyc backdrop, a mirrored `sea` and illuminated by laser.

I know...But I always harbored the hope that it was behind the curtain....Waiting to return.

Yeah but if you are supposed to believe that Spaceship Earth is supposed to represent our planet then what would it be doing in a city of the future, unless of course that is what Future World will look like 25 years from now.:animwink:

Four years is too long for this thread to be at rest. I was wondering if anyone had ever found any more pictures of that city in the center of World of Motion, or if anyone had any kinds of plans or even just some construction details of how it was built. I would love to find a way to recreate something like this.
