We are taking our daughter on her first WDW trip this coming April and we have a supper planned for CRT at around 5:30 PM. We had to pre-pay for this experience back in October when I booked and I just wondered what all is included, and what Princesses are there.

May I suggest something, see if you can switch to lunch or breakfast. Dinner is soley Cindy, Fairy Godmother and Mice. The other meals will have more princesses and so your daughter may LOVE that. I have 2 boys so we avoid the breakfast and lunch, but they do like the dinner just so they can eat in the castle. They are plenty happy with only meeting Cindy

This is no longer true. This changed a couple of years ago. The earliest I personally dined (at dinner) with the princesses at CRT was December 2010, but I know they were there before then.

Now, every meal at CRT includes a range of princesses!

Cinderella is at 1900 Park Fare for dinner. She is not at the Castle for dinner. She is only there for breakfast and lunch.

We ate there in September and we had a meet and greet with Cinderella in the lobby before going upstairs to our table. They took our picture with Cinderella. During dinner the following Princesses stopped at each table: Snow White, Aurora, Ariel, and Belle. Each Princess spent a few minutes at our table and I was able to get a picture with each of them. During our meal we were given a copy of our photo with Cinderella. All of the Princesses were wearing their Princess gowns, except for Belle, who was wearing here " everyday" dress.

It was a nice meal. The castle dining room wasn't as big as I thought it would be, but I suppose that is how they cycle through so many meet and greets each night.

This must be a recent change since we have always been told when booking there that she is not there and that Disney will not have the same princess at two meals at the same time.

Every time we did the dinner in the past Cinderella was in the restaurant lobby to greet you and take pictures. Then we'd go up to the restaurant and during the meal Fairy Godmother would come out (with mice) and sing a few songs.

This is the way it used to be. I don't remember exactly when, but sometime ago (at least a couple of years ago) they changed dinner to be exactly like breakfast and lunch (princesses instead of Fairy Godmother and mice). And Cinderella most definitely is in the lobby for dinner....she was there when it was just the mice and Fairy Godmother, and she remained there when they switched over to princesses.

Edit: The dinner change was made in Feb. 2010. This is from allears.net: "As of February 7, 2010, Dinner at Cinderella's Royal Table will now be the same as the Breakfast and Lunch character meals at the restaurant. When you arrive at the restaurant, Cinderella will welcome you to her castle in the lobby."

I was under the impression that most of the same Princesses were there for all 3 meals now, since the change. When we went, Cinderella greeted us at the door for photos. During our meal, we met Jasmine, Belle, Snow White & Aurora.

Also during our meal, we were given photos & a paper photo frame of our picture with Cinderella that was taken when we got there. Unless that's changed, it is included in the price. I was given a wishing star & a magic wand, and DH was given a sword.

I am shocked! I can't believe y'all wouldn't know this. You are human after all! Don't worry - I still respect your Disney super powers! :D

Here is a picture of Cinderella greeting guests at DINNER at CRT in December of 2010. I *believe* she started greeting around October of 2010????? I know there were threads on here about it! How else would I know to book it? :D

Cinderella greets you, and the other princesses come around to your table. Besides meeting Cinderella, we had Sleeping Beauty, Snow White, and Ariel in her seafoam dress.

ETA: I found one of the threads! http://forums.wdwmagic.com/showthread.php?t=546003&highlight=cinderella+greet+royal+table If I can find a more substantial one, I'll post it too!

We did CRT for dinner back in August and Cindy was downstairs greeting everyone and taking pictures just like she was for our Dec 2010 lunch visit. I remember hearing at some point around that Dec 2010 trip that WDW changed the CRT character experience for dinner to mirror the experience at breakfast and lunch. Makes sense since princesses seem to be more appealing than the Godmother/Mice option.

To the OP- on our first visit (which was lunch) - we had Cindy downstairs, and then upstairs we had Jasmine, Belle, Aurora and Ariel. We did BBB just before that and all of the ladies in there were making a big deal about Ariel being at CRT. When we went in August for dinner, we had Cindy downstairs and up we had Belle, Aurora, Ariel and Snow White. Our girls were given wishing stars and wands. I've also heard it's always blue dress Belle if she's there since supposedly the yellow Belle gown's hoop is too big for her to make it to all of the tables in the dining room.

Were there princesses in the dining room? My 8 year old is very anti-princess so I may have to either prepare him or skip it on our next trip.

Yes, there will be princesses there at dinner. Since February 2010 dinner is exactly like breakfast and lunch. They did away with the Fairy Godmother and mice. Cinderella greets you in the lobby and there are four princesses (a few weeks ago we had Ariel, Sleeping Beauty, Belle, and Snow White) in the dining room for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
